Preheat griddle. Combine milk, cinnamon and eggs in bowl large enough to fit bread. Mix with electric mixer on medium until well blended.
Dip one bread piece at a time into mixture to coat both sides of the bread. Place bread slice on griddle flip after side is browned or egg is cooked thoroughly, flip to opposite side to cook evenly on both sides. Repeat process with remaining bread slices.
Place about 1/4 tsp. of butter in-between each slice of bread. Place cooked slices on plate, butter to taste, and add syrup to taste.
