Cake: Line 12" pizza pan with foil. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until smooth, spread onto foiled lined pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F. Put into freezer. Peel off foil when frozen and place onto clean pizza pan.
Glaze: Bring water, sugar and cornstarch in medium pan to boil, stirring constantly. Once thickened, remove from heat and chill.
Frosting: Mix Philadelphia Cream Cheese and sugar together. Spread over crust. When cool, put glaze over frosting. Add thin cut fruit in circles on top.
