4 bunches broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 medium cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup mandarin slices (fresh or canned, drained)
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup bacon bits
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup toasted almonds
- DRESSING -
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup mayonnaise

In a large bowl; toss broccoli, cauliflower, mandarins, raisins, sunflower seeds, bacon bits, onion and almonds together.

Dressing: In a small bowl; mix vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise together.

Pour dressing over salad 1 hour before serving and gently toss.
