1 pound chicken, pork, or beef, cubed or crumbled
Appropriate Seasonings
1 cup of your favorite canned or frozen vegetables
2 cups water
2 cups Minute Rice

Let's Make It

Brown meat with appropriate seasonings. Be sure meat is done through.

Add vegetables. Add water (note: if there is a lot of liquid in the pan, reduce the amount of water) and heat to boiling.

Stir in Minute Rice, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes and serve.
