Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 package (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup sugar
2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup diced green apple (Granny Smith)
1 cup sliced celery

Place 1/2 of the cranberries in blender or food processor. Turn on & off until evenly chopped. Set aside in bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries, and then add to bowl. Stir in sugar, lemon rind, and juice.

Put in refrigerator overnight to let flavor go through.

Add apple & celery 1-2 hours before serving.
