2 1/2 cups unsifted all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons salad oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup lite margarine
6 tablespoons ice water
FILLING
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 (6-ounce) can frozen unsweetened apple juice
6 cups peeled, sliced apples
1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Prepare pastry and divide dough in half. Press dough in a pie pan.

Mix cornstarch and apple juice in sauce pan. Cook, stirring until clear. Stir in apples and cinnamon. Pour into pastry, add top crust.
