1 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp Morton Tender Quick Cure
1 Tbsp mustard seed

Mix in all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into 2 logs, wrap in foil, shiny side in.

Let set 24 hours in refrigerator.

Poke holes in bottom, place on rack on cookie sheet – bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
