Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 box cake mix (yellow or white)
1/2 can cream of coconut
1 condensed milk
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
12 oz Cool Whip
2 cups flaked coconut

Let's Make It

Mix and bake cake as directed on box in a 9 x 13 pan. When done let cake cool 2 or 3 minutes. Then punch holes in cake with fork.

Pour cream of coconut over top of cake. Then pour condensed milk on top. Drain 1 large can of crushed pineapple and spread over cake.

Put in refrigerator and let cool for 1 hour. Then spread Cool Whip over the cake. Then sprinkle coconut on top of the Cool Whip. Store in refrigerator.
