Mix the flour, water, yeast, butter, and salt together and knead.
Shape in the form of a pretzel but make wide arms with indents in the middle. Pour the tomato sauce in the indents. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce. Add the herbs on top of this. Sprinkle a little water on the crust of the pretzel pizza and then sprinkle the kosher salt here. Be careful not to get the kosher salt in the tomato sauce or the mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes. Then you have a pizza bagel. Yummy.
