4-6 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp basil

Peel and quarter tomatoes into bite-size pieces.

Mash & mince garlic cloves, mince parsley fine. Combine all ingredients well and pour over the tomato quarters.

Chill in the refrigerator for an hour or more to blend the flavors. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
