1/2 large box Kraft Velveeta Cheese, thinly sliced
1 small can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup

Let's Make It
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Butter 9x13 baking dish or pan. Boil broccoli until tender. Boil rice until fluffy. Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in butter.
Drain broccoli and place in large bowl followed by rice, onion mixture, and 3/4's of the 1/2 block of cheese. Mix until cheese is melted. Add soups and mix thoroughly, pour into buttered dish. Take the other cheese and melt in microwave or in double boiler and pour on top.
Place in oven and bake until bubbly and slightly brown in spots, approx. 15 to 30 min.
