2 pkg Top Ramen chicken flavor, break up into small pieces
1/2 cup butter
1 head cabbage, chopped or shredded
4 green onions, sliced including chive portion
4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced (3 cups)
4 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted in oven till brown
1-2 cups cashews
1 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 Tbsp balsamic vinegar/or rice vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce

Let's Make It
Break up Top Ramen into small pieces and saute with 1/2 seasoning packet in butter till golden brown.
Chop cabbage, add onions then chicken. Add toasted sesame seeds and Top Ramen last.
Mix together dressing in jar. (If you're watching salt content omit salt and seasoning packet in Top Ramen). Pour dressing over right before serving, otherwise it will be soggy. Add cashews after dressing. Shake or stir together.
