3 egg whites
1/4 tsp Lawry’s seasoning salt
1/4 tsp Accent
1/2 cup flour
1 cup crushed Ritz Crackers
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 oz jar current jelly
1/4 lb butter
1/2 can chicken broth

Beat the 3 egg whites with the seasoned salt & accent. Mix the flour, cracker crumbs and cheese together. Dip chicken into the egg mixture then coat with the cracker mixture.

Place in a greased 13x9x2" pan. Melt the jelly and butter in the broth then pour over the chicken.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
