Content Use Agreement

We love your post and know others will benefit from seeing it on our website and social media channels, and in our newsletters. As you consider allowing us to republish your post, we want to make sure you know exactly how we intend to use it.

By replying to our social media post with #IAgreeKHC, you: 1) represent and warrant that you own all of the content associated with your post (including the avatar, text, profile, images and videos) (the “Post”) and there are no other persons or entities with ownership claims over the Post; 2) represent and warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to grant the license herein to Kraft Heinz and to enter into this Agreement; (3) grant The Kraft Heinz Foods Company and its parents, subsidiaries, and corporate affiliates (collectively “Kraft Heinz”) a non-exclusive and non-revocable commercial right to reproduce the Post in whole or in part in any form and on any platform (including, but not limited to, video, internet posting, email, publication, reproduction, display, and distribution), either through our own services or services provided by third parties, throughout the world in any medium now known or later developed and without restriction or limitation; and 4) agree that your Post may be used by Kraft Heinz, without limitation, to create derivative works either alone or in conjunction with sketches, captions, films, art work, textural matter, photographs, or other content. While Kraft Heinz will make commercially reasonable efforts to give you credit for your Post and provide a link or other reference to your account on the social media platform containing your Post, you agree that such credit is not mandatory and your permission for us to use your Post and its content is not contingent upon such credit being given.

You waive any right to inspect and/or approve any aspect of the finished work incorporating your Post, including the advertising copy that may be used in connection with your Post and the manner in which the finished work will be displayed or distributed. Additionally, you waive any claims to royalties with regards to Kraft Heinz’ use of your Post or any work incorporating your Post.

Last, you agree that if any provision, or any portion of any provision, contained herein is determined to be invalid under any statute or rule of law, then that provision shall, to that extent alone, be deemed omitted, and the remainder of this Content Use Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This Content Use Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.

If you do not agree to these terms, you do not need to take any further action, and we will not use your Post. We are thrilled to see Kraft Heinz as a part of your page and look forward to seeing any new content you post as well.
