Heat oven to 400°F.
Whisk eggs, milk and butter in large bowl until blended. Stir in cornbread mixes. Add remaining ingredients; stir just until blended.
Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Prepare using 1 cup drained canned corn.
