Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package. Top with shredded cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Meanwhile, combine beans and corn in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until heated through; stir. Cover to keep warm.

Microwave VELVEETA and tomatoes in separate microwaveable bowl 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring after 3 min.

Spoon VELVEETA sauce over TATER TOTS; top with bean mixture, sour cream and cilantro.
