Place pasta sauce in medium microwaveable bowl; cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
Stir in VELVEETA and Parmesan. Microwave 2-1/2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
Serve with vegetable and bread dippers.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA.
Serve with other dippers, such as cherry tomatoes, button mushrooms, sliced zucchini, broccoli florets, breadsticks, chicken and ham chunks, and cooked tortellini or farfalle (bow-tie pasta).
