Spoon half the sausage into medium bowl; reserve for later use. Add peppers, onions and carrots to remaining sausage in skillet; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add pasta sauce, 1/2 cup water and beans; mix well. Place chicken breasts, smooth sides down, on work surface. Add dry stuffing mix and remaining water to reserved sausage; mix well. Spoon onto centers of chicken breasts, adding about 1/2 cup stuffing to each. Roll up, starting at one short end of each breast. Secure with wooden toothpicks.

Spread half the pasta sauce mixture onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with chicken roll-ups, seam sides down. Cover with remaining pasta sauce mixture. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.

Bake 45 min. or until done (165ºF), uncovering for the last 10 min. Remove and discard toothpicks before serving.
