Heat grill to medium heat.

Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

Grill 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Meanwhile, mix cranberry sauce and mayo until blended.

Place burgers on bottom halves of rolls; top with cranberry sauce mixture and onions. Cover with tops of rolls.
