Need a sophisticated pan-seared steak dish that won't blow your caloric budget? Try a plate of steak, veggies & stuffing in our Pan-Seared Steak Skillet.
Mix 2 Tbsp. dressing, garlic and 3/4 tsp. thyme until blended; brush onto both sides of steak in shallow dish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
2
Heat large heavy skillet on medium heat. Add steak; cook 5 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F).
3
Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, except reduce the margarine to 1 Tbsp. Heat remaining dressing in same skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onions and remaining thyme; stir. Cook 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream.
4
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place on platter. Top with mushroom mixture. Serve with stuffing and beans.
