Heat 3 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chops; cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done (145ºF). Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Cook remaining dressing and 1/2 cup guava paste in saucepan on medium heat 2 min. or until mixture is well blended and heated through, stirring occasionally with whisk.
Add remaining guava paste to prepared stuffing; spoon onto 6 serving plates. Add 1 chop to each plate; top with sauce and parsley.
