What you need
5 clear glasses or cups
Water
5 env. (0.13 oz. to 0.23 oz. each) KOOL-AID Unsweetened Drink Mix, assorted colors
5 celery stalks
5 Napa cabbage leaves

QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR KIDDOS
Did the color migrate up the celery sticks?  Do you see small colored dots?  These are the top end of the capillaries and brought colored KOOL-AID up the stalk of celery.  Did the Napa cabbage start to change color?   Some colors migrate better than others -red in particular.
