1 large bunch kohlrabi (2 lb.), stemmed
1/4 cup KRAFT Garlic Aioli

Heat oven to 400°F.

Use vegetable peeler to remove both the tough outer skin and thin layer of peel just underneath the skin of each kohlrabi bulb. Cut kohlrabi into 1/2-inch-thick slices, then cut each slice into 1/2-inch-thick matchlike sticks.

Cover rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Empty coating mix into shaker bag. Add kohlrabi, in batches; shake to evenly coat kohlrabi with coating mix. Spread onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until kohlrabi is crisp and golden brown.

Serve with the aioli.
