MIX first 5 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. cilantro just until blended; shape into 20 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat half the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add half the meatballs; cook 4 to 5 min. or until evenly browned on all sides, turning occasionally. Remove browned meatballs from skillet; set aside. Repeat with remaining oil and meatballs.
Return all meatballs to skillet. Mix A.1., honey and water until blended; pour over meatballs. Stir to evenly coat meatballs with sauce. Bring just to boil, stirring frequently; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. or until meatballs are done (165°F) and heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in lime juice.
Sprinkle with nuts and remaining cilantro.
For less heat, omit the Sriracha sauce.
Prepare using ground turkey.
How to Use the Remaining Stuffing Mix
Store remaining seasoning mix (from packet) in airtight container at room temperature until ready to use as desired, such as for a crispy topping for your favorite casserole.
