Mix dressing and Sriracha sauce in medium bowl until blended. Reserve half the dressing mixture to serve with the cooked shrimp.
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Add shrimp to remaining dressing mixture; toss until evenly coated. Dip, 1 at a time, in coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each shrimp. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 7 min. or until shrimp are tender.
Place shrimp on platter; drizzle with reserved dressing mixture. Sprinkle with onions.

Prepare as directed, substituting hot pepper sauce for the Sriracha sauce and omitting the onions. Sprinkle baked shrimp with 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles and 1 Tbsp. thin celery slices.
For best results, bake shrimp immediately after coating with the coating mix.
