Mash cauliflower. Add egg and cheese; mix until blended. Roll into 24 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. cauliflower mixture for each. Shape each into oblong-shaped nugget.

Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Empty coating mix into pie plate. Add cauliflower nuggets, 1 at a time, to coating mix, turning to evenly coat each nugget. Place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 15 min. or until heated through, turning after 7 min. Meanwhile, heat marinara sauce as directed on label.

Serve cauliflower nuggets with marinara sauce.
