1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.)
4-1/2 tsp. everything bagel seasoning
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen cauliflower florets
2 green onions, sliced, divided

Heat oven to 400ºF.

Bring 4 cups (1 qt.) water to boil in large saucepan.

Meanwhile, toss asparagus with 1 Tbsp. dressing. Spread onto half of foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Add fish to other side of baking sheet. Brush fish with 1 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing; sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Bake 15 to 17 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender and fish flakes easily with fork. While asparagus is baking, add cauliflower to boiling water; cook 10 min. or until tender.

Drain cauliflower; return to saucepan. Add 2 oz. cream cheese. Mash cauliflower until smooth and well blended with the cream cheese. Stir in half the onions.

Cook remaining cream cheese and dressing with 3 Tbsp. water in medium saucepan over medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in remaining onions.

Serve fish, asparagus and mashed cauliflower topped with the cream cheese sauce.

Tip 1
Note
If you have a food processor, you can use that to process the drained cooked cauliflower with the cream cheese. Stir in onions, then use as directed.

Food Facts
Don't have everything bagel seasoning? You can instead use a mix of 1 Tbsp. each black sesame seed, white sesame seed, poppy seed, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion and salt.
