Learn how to make an impressive-looking dessert that's simpler than it looks with one of our Easy Apple Tarts. They're quick to make, too! The main stars in these Easy Apple Tarts include puff pastry, PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese spread, apples and raspberries.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured cutting board. Cut pastry sheet crosswise into 3 rectangles; place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Spread 1/2 cup cream cheese spread evenly onto pastry rectangles. Cover with apple slices, overlapping edges of slices as necessary to fit onto pastry sheets; top with butter and raspberries. Sprinkle evenly with 1 Tbsp. sugar.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until apples are tender and edges of pastry crusts are golden brown. Cool 10 min.
Mix sour cream with remaining cream cheese spread and sugar until blended; drizzle over tarts. Serve warm.
Prepare using Granny Smith apples and/or substituting fresh cranberries for the raspberries.
Savor a serving of this crowd-pleasing dessert on special occasions.
