Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165°F).
Meanwhile, mix remaining cream cheese mixture, feta, cucumbers and dill; spread onto cut side of rolls. Fill rolls with spinach, peppers and burgers.
Substitute tomato slices for the roasted red peppers.
