Create a savory tray of tasty tidbits—including salmon roll-ups, mini ham cheesecakes and finger sandwiches—with surprisingly little effort.

7 oz. smoked salmon
2 (8-inch) whole wheat tortilla rolls
4 sprigs of fresh dill
6 oz. Serrano or Prosciutto ham, sliced very thinly, divided
1/2 tsp. of freshly-cracked pepper
12 unsweetened mini pastry shells
12 small fresh basil leaves
6 Tbsp. of unsalted butter, softened
48 black olives, divided
6 slices large white bread, crusts removed
12 wooden toothpicks

- For The Salmon Rolls

Chop the salmon in the food processor.

Spread cream cheese on an even layer on the tortillas. Top with an even layer of salmon. Roll tightly.

Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Garnish with dill. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until serving time.

- For The Mini Savory Cheesecakes With Ham

Mix cream cheese with all but three slices Serrano (or Prosciutto) and pepper. Slice remaining ham; set aside. Pulse in the food processor until just combined.

Fill the pastry cups with cream cheese mixture. Garnish with pieces of ham and basil leaves. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until serving time.

- For The Olives Sandwiches

Mix butter, ham and Parmesan cheese. Pulse in the food processor until it has turned into a smooth paste.

Add half of the olives pulse until the olives are chopped.

Spread onto 3 slices of bread, top with the remaining bread and cut into quarters.

Spear 2 olives with each toothpick and top a sandwich with each. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until serving time.
