  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)

  • 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 2 Tbsp. milk

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 8 graham crackers, coarsely crushed

  • 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

How to Soften the Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped packages of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 25 sec. or just until softened.

Variation
If you don't have a kitchen torch, you can instead use your broiler to toast the marshmallow-topped parfaits. Heat broiler. Assemble parfaits as directed. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until marshmallows are golden brown.

Directions

  1. Microwave COOL WHIP and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 2-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Let stand 15 min.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, milk and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Spoon 1 Tbsp. graham crumbs into each of 10 (4-oz.) ovenproof dishes; top with layers of cream cheese mixture, COOL WHIP mixture, remaining graham crumbs and marshmallows.
  4. Use kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows just before serving.
