Mix cream cheese and feta in medium bowl until blended. Stir in spinach.
Line 1-qt. bowl with plastic wrap; sprinkle 2 Tbsp. nuts into bottom of bowl. Press half the cream cheese mixture over nuts; top with layers of peppers and remaining cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.
Unmold cheese spread onto plate; remove plastic wrap. Press remaining nuts into side of cheese spread.
