1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1 cup TACO BELL® 99% Fat Free Refried Beans
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
