PHILADELPHIA 3-Step Cheesecake
Omit graham crumbs and butter. Prepare batter as directed; pour into 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.). Bake and cool as directed.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 8- or 9-inch square pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over crust.
  3. Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool.
  4. Refrigerate 3 hours.
