What You Need

1 lb. each Braeburn, Granny Smith, Golden Delicious and Red Delicious apples, cut into thin sticks
1-1/2 cups grated zucchini
1-1/2 cups grated carrots
1-1/2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
1-1/2 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. ground curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
2 green onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped

Let's Make It
Then follow our 3 simple steps:
Cut 1 lb. apples into thin sticks. Mix with green onions, celery and 1-1/2 cups of your choice of other vegetables.
Mix together dressing, seasoning and 1/2 cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Nuts. Toss with the apple mixture.
Cover and refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.

Storage Know-How
Always remove apples that are overripe or have soft spots. They give off ethylene gas which speeds up the ripening of the other apples. Store small amounts in a plastic bag in the refrigerator and they will keep for up to 1 month.
