Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix barbecue sauce and hot sauce in small bowl. Mix dressing and celery in separate small bowl.
Brush chicken with oil. Grill 4 min. on each side. Brush with barbecue sauce mixture; grill 1 to 2 min. or until done (165ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
Spread tops of rolls with dressing mixture; fill with lettuce, cheese and chicken to make 4 sandwiches.
Omit grilling. Heat oven to 400°F. Place chicken in shallow pan; brush with barbecue sauce mixture. Bake 10 to 15 min. or until done (165°F).
Prepare using 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese.
Serve with carrot sticks and a small mixed green salad tossed with KRAFT Dressing.
