Combine flour, baking soda, salt, 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon in large bowl. Whisk eggs, dressing, bananas and vanilla until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are evenly moistened.
Pour half the batter into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Combine remaining granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter in pan. Cover with remaining batter.
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
Mix powdered sugar and milk until blended; drizzle over bread.
Making banana bread is a great way to use up over-ripe bananas. Freeze over-ripe bananas, then thaw in the refrigerator before serving. Or, microwave just until thawed.
