Chopped almonds and seedless red grapes give this tuna salad great texture and color, but it gets its zip from fresh thyme and lemon zest.

1 can (5 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped seedless red grapes
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/4 tsp. lemon zest

Mix tuna and dressing in medium bowl until blended.
