Kitchen Tips
Tip 1
Substitute
Substitute other sliced grilled meats, such as beef sirloin steak or chicken breasts, for the pork chops.
Tip 2
Nutrition Bonus
This low-calorie, low-sodium meal has a variety of flavors from the mixture of pork, vegetables and fruit. The spinach adds great color and is high in both vitamins A and C.
