Upgrade your roast beef sandwiches! It's all in the fixings. We used green onions, red pepper rings and a custom-made ginger-mayonnaise.

1 tsp. chopped fresh fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. dried ground ginger
4 crusty sandwich rolls, split
8 slices deli cooked roast beef (1/2 lb.)
1/ 4 cup sliced green onions
8 red pepper rings

Mix dressing and ginger; spread onto cut sides of rolls.

Fill with remaining ingredients; wrap in foil.

Bake at 400°F for 10 min. Serve warm.
