If you're a fan of sweet and savory kabobs, you'll like these skewers threaded with mangos, avocados and a Thai-inspired dipping sauce.

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 mangos, cut into chunks
2 avocados, cut into chunks

Heat grill to medium heat.

Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Gradually stir in chicken broth. Reserve half the peanut butter mixture to serve as a dipping sauce.

Thread mango and avocado chunks alternately onto 8 wooden skewers. Brush with remaining peanut butter mixture.

Grill skewers 2 min. on each side or until fruit is lightly browned on both sides. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.

How to Prepare Wooden Skewers for Grilling
Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the grill. Or, wrap ends of assembled skewers in foil before grilling.

Substitute pineapple chunks for the mango chunks.

Thread ingredients onto skewers as directed. Place on rack of broiler pan. Brush with remaining peanut butter mixture. Broil 2 min. on each side or until fruit is lightly browned on both sides. Serve with reserved peanut butter mixture.
