Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix meat and seasoning mix; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Grill patties 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, mix salsa and dressing.
Fill buns with burgers, salsa mixture and remaining ingredients.
Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
Substitute 4 KRAFT Singles for the Cheddar cheese, placing Singles on burgers for the last 1 to 2 min. of the grilling time.
To get more whole grains in your diet, serve burgers in whole wheat buns.
