How to Cook Bacon
Use rubber scraper to remove desired amount of bacon from package; separate slices. Place bacon in skillet, overlapping slices. (A 9-inch skillet will hold 7 to 8 slices. Cooking more than 8 slices at a time makes it difficult to evenly cook all the slices.) Cook bacon until crispy and golden brown on both sides, turning frequently with tongs. (Do not overcook.)
