Spread caramel mixture evenly onto bottom of pie crust. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

Cut tart into 8 slices. Top each slice with a drizzle of melted chocolate just before serving.

Place 1 oz semi-sweet chocolate in resealable plastic sandwich bag. Seal bag tightly. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is melted. Fold down top of bag; snip a tiny piece (about 1/8 inch) off 1 of the bottom corners of bag. Holding top of bag tightly, drizzle chocolate over tart.
