Stir cream and coffee granules in large microwaveable bowl until well blended. Add caramels; stir gently to coat. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each min. Stir in pecans and cinnamon.
Spread caramel mixture evenly into pie crust. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 8 slices to serve.
Drizzle tart slices and/or serving plates with the melted chocolate.

How to Melt and Drizzle Chocolate
Place chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spoon into small plastic bag. Fold down top of bag; snip a tiny piece off 1 of the bottom corners of bag, about 1/8-inch wide. Holding top of bag tightly, drizzle chocolate back and forth over tart.
