1 cup cold fat-free milk
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ladyfingers, split into 3-finger segments
1/3 cup chocolate syrup

Pour milk into large bowl. Add flavored instant coffee. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Add pudding mix; beat an additional minute. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.

Split each ladyfinger segment horizontally in half. Place bottom half of one segment, cut side up, on each of 8 dessert plates. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over ladyfinger segments on plates; cover each with top half of ladyfinger segment, cut side down.

Top with dollops of remaining whipped topping. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
