Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg mixture; mix well. Add flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.

Bake 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 2 min.; remove from baking sheets. Cool completely.
