Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix tomato sauce, dressing, honey, coffee and cumin until blended. Pour half of the mixture into resealable plastic bag. Add chicken to bag; refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet. Brush chicken with half of the remaining marinade. Bake 10 min. Turn chicken; baste with remaining marinade. Bake 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle chicken with chopped bacon before serving. Serve with prepared stuffing.
Shred leftover chicken and add a little KRAFT Real Mayo for a delicious chicken salad.
When cooking chicken, use tongs when turning chicken over. This will help to prevent juices from running out, resulting in a moister, more flavorful cooked product.
