Preheat broiler. Dissolve coffee granules in milk in small bowl. Add eggs; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over bread cubes in large bowl; toss to coat. Let stand 5 min. or until egg mixture is evenly soaked up.

Thread bread cubes and fruit alternately on skewers. Place on foil-covered baking sheet.

Broil 8 to 10 min. or until bread is toasted and cooked through, turning occasionally. Sprinkle with the powdered sugar. Serve with syrup.
