Beat egg in shallow dish until blended. Combine cheese and bread crumbs in separate shallow dish.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, dip pork chops, one at a time, into egg, then cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chop with each ingredient.
Add chops to skillet; cook 6 min. on each side or until done (145ºF). Remove skillet from heat. Top chops with Singles; cover. Let stand 3 min. before serving.
